After School Care & School Holidays Program For children and teens (6 – 17)

• Fun and engaging program for school-aged children with a disability.
• A program designed to support social connection, life skills development and recreation.

8:30 am – 6:00 pm (school holidays program)

3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (After School Care Program)

Young Adults Program (Ages 18–29)

• A post-school program that builds independence, life skills, and peer connection in the community.

Adults Program (Ages 30+)

• Supportive daily programs that focus on independence, social skills, and recreational experiences.
